FAQ

Pricing and rollout answers

Questions we hear before teams commit to rollout.

Can we start on Community and move to Pro later?

Yes. The tenant/group/network model is consistent across plans, so migrations are operational rather than conceptual.

Does Enterprise include compliance support?

Yes. Enterprise is the plan for teams that require compliance mapping, security reviews, and SLA-backed operations.

Are gateways charged separately?

No separate gateway surcharge is required. Gateway economics are tied to your selected plan and deployment model.

Is self-hosting only for Community?

Community is the default self-hosted path. Enterprise teams can also discuss custom self-managed and hybrid operating models.
