Choose the path that matches how you want to run and support Nanami.

Community is for self-managed deployment. SaaS Enterprise is hosted by Nanami. Enterprise planning is the right path when you need architecture or rollout guidance before launch.

Launch paths

Three clear paths, one product model.

The key difference is who operates the runtime, how support works, and what is available today.

Comparison

Compare the operating model, not just the label.

The table makes it clear who runs the infrastructure, what support looks like, and what the next step should be.

What to do next

Pricing should lead naturally into docs, architecture, or a conversation.

After this page, teams should know whether to move into Community docs, review the architecture, or talk to the Nanami team.

Community docs

Jump straight into the self-hosted guide if your team is ready to run the runtime itself.

Architecture review

Review the architecture first when you need to confirm boundaries, topology, and deployment assumptions.

Commercial contact

Keep a direct path to the team when you need deployment, trust, or commercial guidance.

Questions before launch

What teams usually check before they choose a path.

The FAQ removes ambiguity around support, runtime ownership, and the current availability of each offering.

Can we start on Community and move to SaaS later?

Yes. The product model is intentionally consistent so teams do not need to relearn Nanami when moving from Community evaluation into the hosted path.

Is Community the same thing as one-host-only?

No. The current supported Community starter topology is single-host, but that topology is not the conceptual boundary of the Community edition.

Is Enterprise Self-Hosted part of the current public launch?

No. Enterprise Self-Hosted stays part of the longer-term product model, but it does not currently have a public deploy, upgrade, and support contract.

How does billing work today?

SaaS Enterprise follows a sales-assisted path. Community is docs-first and self-managed. Enterprise Self-Hosted is planning-only and does not currently have a public deploy, upgrade, and support contract.

Where should we go if we need a deeper deployment review?

Use the enterprise planning path on the pricing page or contact the team directly for architecture, deployment, and trust review.

Next step

Need help choosing the right launch path?

Talk to the team, review the architecture, or start with the Community guide — whichever matches your next step.

Need to evaluate first?

Start with quickstart if you want to evaluate the product before choosing a launch path.

Need architecture clarity?

Review the architecture first if your team needs clearer deployment, topology, or support boundaries.
