Can I buy every plan directly online?
Not yet. Nanami Cloud starts with Free, while paid plan changes are currently handled with the Nanami team. The product does not show a completed checkout until billing confirms it.
Can we start Self-hosted and move to Nanami Cloud later?
The products use the same core concepts, but migration depends on your deployment and data. Contact Nanami before planning a production move.
Is Open Source a Nanami Cloud subscription?
No. Open Source is the Self-hosted Community edition. Your organization runs and maintains it in its own infrastructure.
Is a public Enterprise Self-hosted package available?
No. The current public Self-hosted path is Community. Customer-owned Enterprise Self-Hosted does not currently have a public deploy, upgrade, and support contract. Contact Nanami to discuss requirements without assuming an installer is available.
How does billing work today?
Free starts in Nanami Cloud. Paid Cloud changes are currently assisted by the Nanami team. Self-hosted Community is not billed as a Cloud plan.
